Day 4
A day in Albuquerque. Today was a huge day starting with breaks at the holel at 6:30 and then heading to Albuquerque. We saw a Police car flip on the interstate whilst on our way but the driver managed to get out safely. There are many Pueblos along the way (native communities). Many have casinos for income. We started our day at a middle school. Very inspiring for children grades 6 - 8. Then we went to lunch at the cultural centre (green chilli beef - yummy). Off to the arts museum with a guided tour (fantastic arts from local, American artists. Also the performing arts centre with the largest stage in the South West and entry halls that were just spactacular. We have then gone to an adult learning centre where we spent several hours with students and staff, most if who had English as a second language. Safe trip. Do not eat too much on the plane.
