A Quiet Day

We started the day at 7am when we left for the Monday market.
We wandered around the market and Geoff and Chalor grabbed some product for the shop. We picked up some cheap clothing. Not much though.
We then headed home for coffee and breakfast.

We spent the day doing very little.
Brayden has enjoyed doing the washing whilst we have been away. Poi showed him how to use their twin tub. I have told him that I am set now...he can do the washing all the time...he doesn't believe me that pressing the on button on our front loader is so much easier than the twin tub.

As we have done very little today here are some photos that we have taken here in Lat Chit.
This is looking out from the front of the house...

This is taken from the rice farms looking back to the house...

This photo was taken as we were driving home from Ayutthaya yesterday and the sun was setting...

Jason slept for a few hours this afternoon and has just said to me..."Maybe I should have had a sleep this afternoon!!"
Now look what he is doing...sorry about the photo quality...
One more day here in the village of Lat Chit and then we are heading back to Bangkok for a few days.
Hope everyone is well wherever you are.

  1. Slow to comment; sorry.
Once again I am amazed at what you have done and seen.
You would need a rest day.
    Are mosquitos a problem?
One of my mates at school is resigning at the end of the year and going to Thailand to live and learn the language. Not sure for how long.
    When do you fly home.
